Effective July 6th 2026, TCUK Ltd ( 738538) has agreed with the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) to voluntarily introduce temporary requirements on its Part 4A permission. We want to reassure you that your interests remain our highest priority and most services continue as normal.

During this period we will temporarily not:

accept any new monies or assets from any existing client. This includes monies or assets under the client assets regime, title transfer collateral arrangements, delivery vs payment transactions, matched principal transactions or otherwise. Certain exceptions apply.
onboard any new clients.

This means that until further notice, existing clients may not be able to place any trades with TCUK.

What remains unchanged: Your other services, contractual arrangements, ownership and safeguarding arrangements of your assets continue as usual, and your usual contacts are available to help. No action is needed from you. We will contact our clients individually and will update this notice in due course and inform clients as soon as these temporary measures are lifted.
